Solving image upload issues.
Sorry dear users of Buzz Chat. As we may know, some of us are finding it difficult to upload images. This is because Buzz Chat doesn’t support some formats of images like webp, heic, heif etc. currently we only support jpg/png.

But don’t worry. There is a custom way to upload images. Just go to gmail and follow these steps.
1. Send an email to buzzchatgh @ gmail.com
2. Attach the image you want to upload
3. Indicate the use of the image (profile/cover/buzz)
4. Tell us your Buzz Chat username
NB: If the image/video you want to attach is for a buzz, send us the link to that buzz also.

Let’s solve all your photo upload problems.

1. At the moment Buzz Chat doesn’t support heic/Heif images (I.e images in this extension usually come on an iPhone) if your upload doesn’t work, please use a converter to convert your photo to jpg or png.

2. The page refreshes when you click photo library and select a picture (Only a few users experience this. It could be a bug on some devices but if so then please use select file instead. Save the image to your file manager and use it to upload your photo)

3. Send an email. (Send an email to buzzchatghgmail.com with the picture and tell us it’s purpose. I.e is it fr your profile, cover or a post, and we’ll gladly update it for you ourselves
