Look,

As much as we are taken into consideration by what we bring to the table;

Being humane about it, should never be avoided!

Knowing fully well how a lot of people especially subordinates do sweat out their lives just because they don't want disappoint on the expectations laid on them;

But those whom they submit to, oftentimes never consider if they put their lives at risk just to meet up!
